Required skills
* Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (Rightnow)
* Experience with Oracle Support
* Good English communication skills
* Technical understanding of Cloud software

The role includes
* Monitor the availability of the environment according to plan.
* Track releases, upgrades and changes to the development and test environments.
* Log, coordinate and resolve environment defects.
* Plan the reuse or decommission of environment when testing is complete.
* Coordinate test environment configuration, deployment and test activities required to provide a stable test platform.
* Ensure monitoring of environments is conducted.
* Communicate requirements to the company Infrastructure Management.
