IT Support Technician (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support and installation of local client hardware (PCs, notebooks, desk phones, mobile phones, printers)
- Support and installation of client office software (MS Windows 7, MS Office support, Webex, VPN Client, other standard office application support)
- Purchasing of IT materials and maintaining of IT storage area
- New hire setup - Create accounts, train new employees on IT guidelines, setup IT workplace, configure printers etc.
- Active Directory related tasks - create new security groups, add or remove memberships, Group Policy administration (optional)
- Help out local IT manufacturing support when necessary
Your qualifications
- Completed IT apprenticeship or profound work experience in IT support
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Team player mentality
