Description

Senovo IT is urgently looking for Support Analyst Mainframe in Italy for a long term assignment.

The Support Analyst Mainframe should have the following skills/experience:

Experience: 3-5 years experience in L1 support & batch Scheduling environment
- Good knowledge of Data warehousing concepts and Datastage ETL tool
- Should be technically proficient in Microstategy reporting tool
Should have good knowledge on Windows and Unix operating systems and hands on experience in Shell Scripts
Should have exposure of all phases of software development life cycle
Should have worked on Terdata DB.
Must have knowledge of different data models like star schema, snowflake schemas
Should have worked in onsite/offshore model.
Proven ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately.
Experience driving transformational initiatives where significant change management is required.
Expertise in doing the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and resolving performance bottlenecks
Should be able Identify team members needed for each wave/tasks
Work cross functionally to manage program scope, risks, dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with Customer
Provide monthly status to key stakeholders
Create and execute program plan including change management, dependency management, organizational communications, key metrics and dashboards.
Orchestrate all activities and meetings needed to execute on the plan
Oversee transition deliverables and milestones

Fluent in Italian and English.
