IT Application Analyst (MES)
IT Application Analyst (MES): One of our market leading clients is urgently seeking an French speaking Application Analyst with experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to join their multinational team in a progressive environment, using cutting-edge technologies for an exciting, well-paying and 12-24 Months contract in Paris .
The ideal Application Analyst should ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Manufacturing floor shop experience/MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience
- OPC/Control Systems Communications
- SAP and/or interfacing other applications with SAP
- LIMS and lab instrument controls and interfacing
- Basic project management skills
- Working in/for a manufacturing environment
- VB6, VB.NET),
- TSQL
- ASP.NET
- Windows server
- SQL Server
- Crystal Reporting
- Fluency in English and French or German
- Able to work in a 24x7 environment and provide off-hours support duty on a rotational basis
- Able to appropriately prioritize tasks to meet critical business needs
- Provide time tracking weekly and details on demand to supervisor/manager
- Capable of working both independently and with teams to resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Self-starter that will look to improve system reliability and prevent future issues
- Good oral and written communication skills including technical documentation and requirements
- Experience in creating windows server applications, GUI design, multi-tier architecture, and Object Oriented programming principles and methodologies.
- Experience in supporting an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
