Title: Capital Markets Data Entry-Correspondent Lending
Duration: 6 months + with potential to go perm-no guarantees but probable
Years of experience: 2
Required Experience:
- Good communication skills
- Mortgage industry experience
- Will be receiving via postal mail completed 1003 loan applications to apply for a mortgage, will need to have experience with shipping/receiving of capital markets materials
- They need to be able to organize the documentation/application and enter all data into the system expeditiously
- Must have both Alpha/numeric experience with data entry
- Know basic MS suite
- Needs to be sharp and polished
- Lots of upward mobility
