Sr. Voice Engineer (Genesys Orchestration)
Great opportunity to utilize your advanced voice engineering skills in a complex environment to ensure high quality service for call control application.
You will help in all facets of voice engineering including planning, design, build, deployment and enhancement of the voice engineering for this industry leader. You should bring an advanced skill set with Genesys 8.x platform, Unix/Linux Engineering, tuning and security, and demonstrated success in building high performing telephony solutions in a complex enterprise environment. You will be integral in the planning and development of enterprise-wide upgrades to hardware and software as well as the development of new telephony features and functionality.
Excellent long term contract with an industry leader - great perimeter location.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree CIS or related
- 6+ years of Voice Engineering, telephony
- Advanced skills with Genesys 8.x platform architecture
- Proven design experience of Genesys Orchestrate call flows utilizing composer
- Solid Unix/Linux OS system administration, configuration, performance tuning, maintenance and security
- Working knowledge of Oracle Databases, PLSQL commands, XML and SOAP
- Knowledge of VOIP-SIP call troubleshooting
- Knowledge of SIP media gateways and Session Boarder Controllers (Cisco, Acme, Packet, etc).
