Senior Digital UX Designer
We are looking for a Senior Digital UX Designer to contribute to a massive digital transformation project for a high profile client. You will Oversee the work of the User Experience Design team. Confidently present detailed ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
The key skills required are:
Basic research skills including leading guerilla research when necessary and
participate in user research sessions and analysis.
Delivering useful, usable and delightful digital services based on the culmination of end user and stakeholder requirements + existing technology constraints/limitations/opportunities
Use of lean UX/Agile tools, techniques and a passion for working as part of an agile team
Tackle the design of a service that may have multiple digital touch points, as well as offline elements. Understanding the bigger picture and defining the overall user experience is critical.
Balance feeding developers with UI and UX design, while maintaining the vision for the user experience that developers alone may not be able to deliver.
You will spend much of your time working closely with POs, DMs, end-users, developers, researchers and other designers in our teams. As such, we also expect you to have good social and communication skills.
