SENOVO IT is urgently looking for SAP CRM ISU Consultants to embark on a long term assignment within Utilities. Given the nature of the project, we require someone who can speak fluent English and 1 of the following languages: Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.

The resource has to have an experience in implementation, customizing and maintenance projects in the utilities sector, based in the SAP CRM integrated with SAP IS-U. It's requested to have knowledge of the sales & distribution processes for the Electricity & GAS sector.
Knowledge of the standard SAP CRM functionality and Master Data:

Contract Account
Configurable Product
Installed Base (Connection Object, Premise, PoD)
Service Contract
Post Sales Process
Knowledge of the standard SAP IS-U focused mainly in the following modules:
Master data (MD)
Work Management (WM).
Customer Service
Device Management (DM)
To complete the profile, basic ABAP knowledge and WEB_UI objects for SAP CRM & MW competence
