Description

Our client is seeking a Vice President of National Sales. They have been a Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead 100 company for the past 4 years and a rated by the Gartner Group as #1 in their industry. They are a rapidly growing yet well-established and profitable software development company, based in the Cleveland area. Their clients are health care providers, primarily hospital networks and clinics.

The Vice President of National Sales is responsible for the leadership and management of the Sales Team by driving the top line, including the development of new client relationships and the expansion of relationships with existing clients. We are seeking a Top Performer with a driving desire to win business through successfully leading a sales force. This is a leadership role within the company and this person will work as a part of the Leadership Team to develop the ongoing strategic growth and employee development plans. The ability to work extremely well with other leaders both internally and with client companies is critical. Excellent written and verbal communication, strategic planning an staff development skills are essential.

Experience selling to the healthcare vertical is required. We seek a candidate with extensive experience leading, mentoring, and managing a sales force and performing effective sales forecasting. Experience with Sales Operations and running Marketing campaigns is desired.
