Description
System Integration Consultant required. I am currently looking for 4-5 consultants to cover an initial 3 months rolling contract. Majority of the work can be performed from home but will be a few days of travel to my clients sites for kick off meetings etc.
1. You must have system integration and migration experience
2. Experience of VME environments and migrating VME applications
3. Knowledge of C or Cobol
4. Ability to develop gateway interfaces
5. Support the integration of converted assets within a TPMS or batch environment
6. General knowledge of Network programming, TCP/IP, RFC-1006
My client are really after experienced integration/migration consultants who have migrated old systems (in this case ICL) to new environments ie re-platforming but not re-engineering.
