Description

Overall 10-15 years of experience in BFSI domain

8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Payments domain

Should have good experience in preparing FS/Use case preparing skills

Confident in stakeholder management, including experience in handling project stakeholder s perspective.

Good solutioning and presentation skills

Excellent documentation skills

Good understanding of Business, Functional, Data and IT system architectures

Educational Qualification

Graduate

Certifications in card payments

Partners with the business to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, guide business & technology transformation initiatives and propose appropriate solutions.

Leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive Business solutions and where required, business consulting, documentation etc.

Work with multiple stakeholders eg client business teams, clients tech teams, delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams

Engage directly with Clients ( Senior Executives, Business and Technical Users)

Manage scope, deliverables and roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.

Acts as primary liaison for Oracle team between the business and the various IT teams

Assign and monitor work of business requirements team. Ensures all business requirements are documented and are in alignment with business objectives

Must ensure that the defining requirements and tracking of any changes is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business goals and established quality requirements.

Prepares usecases for the system.

Understand, track and articulate issues/risks/action items for FS and use cases; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate audiences as needed

Acts as senior level escalation point, for any functional requirements

Arranges requirement walkthrough sessions for development and testing teams in the project. Provide clarifications to other teams for functional issues

Participate in test strategy and review test scenarios.

Support project delivery related initiatives

Write Business Requirements document in consultation with Bank's business users

Participate in requirements change control process - impact analysis and solutioning

Support technical team on high-level design

Lead team of business analysts and review their outputs
