Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall health of the SAS Grid platform with SAS product as below
Base SAS
Enterprise Miner
Forecast Server
Visual Analytics
SAS/OR, SAS/IML
Access to RDBMS solutions
Monitor the SAS Servers for resource utilization and act on incidents in coordination with internal Infrastructure teams
Apply maintenance releases, upgrades and hot fixes as required
Design solutions to reduce the operational and management complexity of the platform
Design, implement, and maintain platform security
Monitor, log, and troubleshoot SAS Servers and processes, including error messages
Provide guidance and assistance to SAS developers on operational and technical issues
Establish best practices and guidelines for usage, improvement of the SAS platform
Act as a liaison (Tech SME) between business and technology stakeholders.
Must have either Clickview or Teradata experience
