Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer - 2 days per week - Contract - 3months - LincolnA global leading company are looking for motivated, technical individual to come in to support the operation and control of the IT infrastructure. You will be providing mission critical support to an important MOD organisation.
This role would ideally suit an EW engineer with extensive project history in both systems and management, to work 2 days a week over a 3 month period.
Essential Skills/Responsibility
- Knowledge of EW and ECM systems
- Broad and deep understanding of the EW domain with sound technical knowledge on current and near future systems
- Excellent understanding of the operational support environment that these systems need to be operationally effective
- A sound understanding of requirements, risk, quality, safety and configuration management and support in an engineering environment is also required
- Must be a self-starter and shall be responsible for engineering tasks of specification, design, modelling, testing, validation, and analysis.
- System Engineering concepts, including requirements capture, and configuration control.
Desirable Skills
Any previous history working in the defense/Aerospace environments would be ideal
