Primary Skills:
- Technical resource for Support, Maintenance and Project activities for our Customs system, MIC.
- Technician with good knowledge of both development and support processes.
- Well structured, flexible and experienced in the challenges of a support role.
- Responsible for support case coordination with vendor support.
- Good technical competence - understanding/knowledge within the areas of infrastructure and integrations. Good if the resource has experience from a global organization.
- Experience of MIC or other Customs systems.
- Good working experience of SQL DB on a Developer level.
- Good working experience of Linux.
- Good working experience in XML
- Good working experience of Shell Scripting
Secondary Skills:
- Fluency in Swedish and English language.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
