Oral Care Dental Sales Specialist required to cover the East Midlands.
Territory post codes (DE, LE, LN, NG and NN).
Overall mission:
To increase primary demand for Oral Care Dental products on defined sales territory
Job responsibilities:
Drive sales growth of Oral Care products to Dental Practices/Hospitals and PCT markets within the defined territory.
Promote specified Oral Care products to Primary & Secondary Care markets
Build strong relationships with prioritised key decision makers to drive business growth
Develop & maintain a territory plan to achieve sales target
Manage administration tasks
Keep up to date with latest product developments both within Oral Care and competitors
Develop intimate knowledge of the customer's practice and priorities to ensure that programmes are customer focused and relevant.
To deliver the agreed plan for the designated sales territory
To focus on the target customer segmentation so as to ensure CIP
To manage channel partner sales relationships on designated territory
Professional Qualification:
Degree preferred but not essential
Skills and Experience:
Strong track record in Sales (will consider Veterinary/Medical Reps)
Dental Industry experience preferably but not essential
Candidates must live on area
Fully computer literate
Have the ability to build excellent customer relationships
Excellent communication skills
