Description

Together with the other team members of the Strategy Cel (PMO - GRC - Security ), our client supports the management & CxO to improve & build a Business Oriented - Service Offer towards their internal Customers.
The Enterprise Architect assist the CTO in its strategy role and provide input by models to build as is views & future IS architectures. He gives input on IS Roadmaps & Master plans & Principles.
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IS architecture models. The EA is a contact point for IS members during the project phases as define, design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IS support systems in its role of overviewing global systems.
1.2. Responsibilities
Researches overall ICT solutions on the market for particular technical requirements and business needs. Also keeps a look on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and up-coming vendor products and solutions
Advises with CTO the enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies and tools.
Participates in the design and implementation of IT service management standards, tools and methodologies.
Towards CTO recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the enterprise's long-term business objectives.
Participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture and recommends and participates in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems.
Identifies and recommends areas appropriate for further study and participates in any Proof of Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption.
Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives.
Document and monitor service catalogue and/or service level management activities
Understanding and presenting the immediate/tactical and strategic benefits of adopting a consistent architectural approach within the context of the client's business to help the client justify his investments.
Act as coach to advise and assist consultants, analysts, technical specialists and architects in any architecture disciplines.
1.3. Education, qualifications and experience required
Minimum Bachelor level & minimum five years relevant technical experience in the ICT field
Experience with architectural frameworks : Ea3 - Demo - Zachman - and tooling ex Iteraplan or Mappit.
Experience of at least one of the commonly used methods, notations and tools (e.g. Archi).
Experience of 'system of systems' architecture development, partitioning of functionality among Applications, components, security and application interfaces/interoperability concerns.
Experience as technical lead for a major technology.
Languages : Dutch, French, English
Knowing : ITIL - Prince2 - Cobit
Being a communicator - team player and able to make critical analyze and propose solutions.
