Description
We require an Oracle Developer/DBA for ongoing Support for Oracle Forms and reports + webbased solutions & Performance tuning and capacity monitoring & Data security, backup and recovery & Interface Scripting, handling, scheduling
Oracle 9i/11g (and 12) database administration and application management in windows
Strong organizational skills
Capable of working under pressure in a demanding but supportive environment
Ability to lead and motivate team-members
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong problem solving skills and logical approach
Ability to project manage, end to end
Good judging and persuasion skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Knowledge of SQL server, windows server OS (2003,2008,2012) is an advantage & Several years of experience in project work and team work is required & positive attitude & self motivated and disciplined & flexible & ability to work on own initiative & team player & willingness and ability to solve problems and to draw conclusions & attention for detail
