Role: Finance Operating Officer
Location: Sheffield, UK
Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Being part of Transition Program, Job involves interacting with SMEs in UK and capturing & documenting Process and Operational Knowledge of Tools and practices related to Finance and Accounting stream.
- In close working with Technical Writers based at Pune, ensure that Documentation is adequate and to standards
- Knowledge areas would cover Billing (Inter departmental and Geo), Invoicing and Cost management.
- As and when required, engage in training of new resources at Pune based on the Knowledge captured along with the documented processes through Webex or remote classes.
Transferable Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to define and document (Input tech skills) using Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to gather knowledge and translate into technical documents
- Experience working on client sites for the purpose of Knowledge Transfer
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with a wide variety of internal and external people
- Experience of working in a Banking/Financial Services environment
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Finance and Accounting - Reasonable knowledge in Project finance, Strategic cost management and management accounting...
- Skilled in financial planning and analysis, management information and commercial consultancy.
- Tool-sets exposure: MS Office, SharePoint and General Accounting tools
- Exposure with Client facing roles.
