Contract: Electrical Technician
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Chester
Rate: £20 - £25 per hour
An exciting company based in Chester are seeking an electrical Technician to start work ASAP. You will be working in a small team of engineers and reporting to the operations manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Electrical build of equipment according to client and project manager design
Installation and safety assessment of electrical equipment
Contribution to project planning
Component specification and ordering
Liaison with other staff on project design and build
Maintenance of facilities and plant
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum three years post apprenticeship experience.
Minimum ONC/OND or equivalent.
Working knowledge of process instrumentation, including calibration & commissioning.
Experience of electrical maintenance of plant equipment, lighting & power distribution.
PAT testing and BSth Edition)
PLC interrogation (desirable but not essential)
