iPhone Trainer
Description:

This position will be deploying iPhones to physicians with several clinical and business related apps in Riverside and the surrounding area.
-
The deployment will include light training on the apps (train the trainer will be provided) and assistance with setting up and configuring the devices and apps.

When deployment sessions are not going this resource will be at a site providing prep for future training sessions along with providing in person support for the iPhone and apps.

Develop a comprehensive training program for novice and experienced audiences based on a prior training assessment and recommendations developed.

Development of a training plan, the curriculum and logistics, and the project management courses and materials.
-
Conduct course presentations as appropriate.
Develop and/or update management plans.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
-
Deploy iPhone to physicians.
-
Show the physicians how to use basic functions of the iPhone along with clinical apps.
Provide onsite support for physicians that need help with the phones after deployment.
Requirements:
-
HS/GED required, college preferred
-
Min 3 years relevant experience

Strong classroom (Instructor Lead) Experience.

Strong communication skills.
-
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Ability to train end users with customer service focus.

iPhone or smart phone experience.
-
Sound troubleshooting methodology.

Knowledge of iOS and Apple iPhones

Basic troubleshooting skills in person and over the phone.

Email and basic computing skills
-
Experience working with physicians would be a plus.

Experience presenting/training groups of up to 20 people.
