TITLE: Solutions Architect
CONTRACT: Immediate hire.
REMOTE: 100%
COMPENSATION: Based on Your Experience
HOURS: US Eastern time zone and some UK hours
IMMEDIATE HIRE for a strong Solutions Architect who has a proven track record of working directly with clients to build relationships and to participate in translating stakeholder needs into realities across multiple tech silos. You will lead a development team through full cycle projects, including development of solutions and adaptation to changing requirements. You'll translate business needs into tech requirements and provide expertise in all aspects of a solution from the software to the data storage and security. You also must be highly knowledgeable in infrastructure and hardware, as your team will be serving enterprise customers on an international scale.
TECHNICAL AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience scoping and designing complete technical solutions -- full-stack development, security architecture, data solutions, infrastructure and hardware.
- Proven track record working with sales teams as a tech expert during the pre-sales process.
- 10+ years working as a software developer across a variety of technology stacks and a number of languages. For example: Objective C, C, C++ and C#, along with Java, etc.
- SQL database experience must be strong.
- 5 years providing some aspect of project leadership.
- Linux and Open Source software experience is a MUST.
- SAAS, Application Servers, and other Internet tech.
- Be ready to detail projects that you led where there were multiple APIs and platform integration partners, complex server configurations and system integrations for SAAS systems such as CRM, Salesforce.
- Be ready to discuss how you developed high-level designs and the architecture frameworks and software engineering patterns you used.
- Advanced engineering or CS degree is a plus.
