Scrum master & agile coach - Digital Transformation - Consultancy - Investment banking - Central London
Scrum master - agile coach is required to join a newly formed agile digital software department, currently delivering internal tools, products & platforms within investment banking.
The scrum master - agile coach will work with the bank to implement agile best practice using scrum methodology.
As a consultant, the Scrum master - agile coach will work in a large team of circa 40 people, which includes JavaScript developers, Java developers, Automation engineers, devops, UX & visual designers.

Scrum master - agile coach role/requirement:
- 3 years + experience in pure scrum master or agile coaching position ( SM - certified scrum master - CSM - Scrum professional )
- Large cross functional team experience
- Experience coaching teams to define agile frameworks
- Experience running agile scrum events (planning, retrospectives, demos)
- Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owner/user experience team (ux)
- Environment experience: CI (continuous integration) experience, automated testing, issue management, code review and deployment, all part of CI (continuous integration) process.
- Able to work in a high pressured multi team environment.
- Scrum Master certified - certified scrum master - certified scrum professional beneficial
