They now require a Payload Systems Engineer for a 6 month rolling contract. This role is to develop advanced payload architectures for future telecom satellite customer demands.

This role will focus on new payload concepts and architectures based on digital processing, beam-forming antennae, possibly including innovative technologies, enabling stand-alone or meshed satellite communication topologies.

Your main job responsibilities will include:

* Defining advanced payload architectures, eg RF, digital processing, active
antennas and photonics
* Developing payload engineering and modelling capabilities to assess performance and feasibility of the solutions
* Defining associated payload road maps, specifications and development needs
* Participating to development/demonstration project build-up (including bids, partnership development, project implementation)
