Description

An exciting opportunity to join the Program at it's inception phase, vendors have yet to be selected.

Searching for a Senior profile for a new CRM Implementation for a Client based in Europe.

Key attributes and experience required:

  • You will have worked as a Program Manager on at least 3 CRM Transformation Programs, ideally digital/cloud based solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management (Internal Clients up to C Level, Systems Integrators and SW Vendors)
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to scope out the business needs, priorities, define compatibility with IT architecture, HLD
  • Be able to bring in "best Practice" structure and processes
  • Excellent Presentation and persuasion skills (you will be presenting to the Board)
  • Vendor-selection and negotiation with suppliers
