KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Strong technical skills in understanding Telecommunications processes both business, network, and IT architecturally and hold requisite conversations with appropriate work groups in Business,
Network, and IT Units of customer
Ability to create Technical High Level Solutions as well as Software Detailed Designs
Data migration and/or delivery and development background in BSS or OSS products is desired
Possesses strong understanding in the areas of Migration, application solution, database and system design
Understands how Legacy and the business or any other target system interface with each other
Quickly understands the business issues and the data challenges
Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executes, monitors, controls Business Transformation - migration projects

Creates or oversees the creation of appropriate migration project artifacts

Engages with multiple stakeholders to foster and manage internal, external and third party relationships
-
Demonstrates a working knowledge of project management software concepts and maintains a high level of competence in PM tools the company endorses

Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from stakeholders and the project sponsor

Provides project quality assurance and risk management

Knowledge of the theories, principals, practices, and techniques for implementing systems and application development projects
