Description
Service Desk Analyst required for a contract role with an international business consultancy in Central London. (3 months initially with potential to extend). You must be immediately or imminently available.
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst you must have previously worked within a professional services environment such as; Law/Legal, Bank, Financial Services, Accountancy, Consultancy etc
You must have:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel etc, (MOS advantageous)
- Supported mobile devices
- ServiceNow (advantageous)
- ITIL knowledge or qualifications (advantageous)
You will be covering a shifts from 7:30 am - 6:30 pm. Occasional ad-hoc weekend support may be required.
