My client is an Industry leading global company who are currently looking to recruit a MDM Analyst.
The Data Analyst is required to work in an enablement project to provide access to data across multiple financial systems. This role sits within the new Customer Master Data Management solution. The department are looking at a number of different sources with the key analysis to look at data quality and standardisation to improve the matching to achieve a golden source of customer data.
The key responsibilities for the MDM Analyst include
Design (or re-design) data interchanges between systems
Design or collaborate to design the data parts of business workflows
Work with systems architects to design services for maintaining business data and for using business data - use-focused design, centered around data and the uses of the data, instead of around systems
Resolve data and design inconsistencies
Working within the application teams, help shape the system deliveries while keeping a view of the overall data strategy.
Maintain good relationships with the Business, internal teams and offshore partners.
Looking for an individual with a demonstrable background in data analysis, as well as leadership and being able to provide hands on data analysis, using SQL multiple data sets and to understand the data and whats happening with it. Then be able to take this data to the business and articulate it fully, showing what the implications are and how to make changes to the system.
