Description:
The Project Manager for 'ALM/TLM' will be responsible for the implementation of a process for application and Technology Lifecycle Management. Lifecycle Management aims to rollout an end-to-end process and enabling tools for the PLO's and Technical Application owners to ensure yearly recurring application rationalization, creation of roadmaps and proactive business planning.
Responsibilities:
ALM/TLM
• Project Management for ALM/TLM, organize status meetings and minutes, monitor plan execution and completion of milestone deliverables, maintain overall ALM schedule and tracking
• CMDB data analysis and error resolution
• Data modelling and mapping exercises
• Lead workshops for design, build and deployment of ALM/TLM dashboards
• Coordinate and liaise with technology roadmap owners and Pharma Program Management Office
• Coordinate and liaise with PLOs/TAOs to review current state roadmaps and guide future state ALM/TLM planning
• Prepare periodic communication letters to company R&D PLO's and BTL's
• Organize ALM/TLM training sessions
• Monitor ALM/TLM schedule with LCM activities, cost and target completion dates
• Contribute and/or attend ALM/TLM information sharing sessions with key stakeholders
Technical skills:
• Degree in information technology or computer sciences or proven professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, chemical, …)
• High level understanding of IT systems and technology (infrastructure, servers, databases and applications)
• Familiarity with ITIL best practises and in particular Configuration Management DB is desired
• Able to communicate and experienced in working in a global environment with remote team members and stakeholders.
• Solid relationship-building skills, team player with a positive attitude.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English (write/read/speak)
