GIS Technician (ArcGIS)
Brief Overview
My client, based in Nottinghamshire is currently looking for one contractor to start in October.
Ideally you will be a GIS or Geography Graduate. If you have any commercial experience using ArcGIS this would be beneficial.
The contracts are 6 months long but the client is potentially looking to offer you a permanent role after the contract.
The role will involve - Data Capture, Digitistation, Data Input and QA. You will have to query and challenge large volumes of data, so a keen eye for detail is essential.
You will need to be an effective communicator as you will be liaising with other areas of the authority.
