Motion Designer

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer to work within our internal PruAgency which provides support to the business based from our Craigforth, Stirling site. The role is for 26 weeks initially and will pay £420 per day depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new team joining together to push forward the Prudential's strategy.

You will be involved in creating highly successful work and gaining valuable experience in the world of content. You will be a key member of the team working on visual design and motion graphics tasks, from style framing (story-boarding), design, animation, compositing, rendering, and assisting the motion team.

Requirements include the following skills and experience:

  • BA or equivalent qualification level
  • Strong presentation skills to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Will provide evidence of an outstanding portfolio and strong showreel of videos, animations and graphic overlays, from concept to execution
  • Strong visualisation skills with the ability to present your ideas using style frames
  • Familiarity with workflow issues and problem solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good design and typography
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and working knowledge of Cinema 4D is a strong benefit
  • Self-motivated, with strong organisational skills, passionate, innovative and inspirational
  • Able to influence, collaborate and work well with the team on new ideas and storyboards
