Senior Project Manager (m/f)

Description

• Take over crisis/critical project with the clear objective to bring it back on track
• Active project monitoring, controlling (scope, costs, time, quality) and reporting
• Manages, controls and evaluates sub-contractors/3rd-parties/project partners (on a technical, commercial and organizational scale)
• Give clear guidance to his international team (sets the objectives, clear worksplit)
• Performs throughout the project life cycle active stakeholder management (customer, CVC C-level, BU, project team) and efficient communication

• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of managing large complex projects of different project environments (customers/partners/scope/countries/etc.)
• PM methods concerning efficient project organization including roles and responsibilities, duties and collaboration (also with customers and partners)
• Leadership methodologies (e.g. team development, motivation, conflict management)
• PM certifications beneficial
