  • Work on first level resolution improvement with telecom provider
  • Work on second level resolution

  • Work on SLA end users support
  • Help other teams to organise CMDB in Easyvista


Your qualifications
  • Strong experience in IT environment
  • Service Desk Management expertise
  • Experience in Service Management, SLA and ITIL
  • Reports & statistic presentation skills
  • Experience in redaction of SLA documents
