COMPANY SUMMARY

This global consultancy has recently been awarded a new project with a new client being run out of the Hong Kong office which requires a Senior BA well versed in UX, Agile, Digital and workshop facilitation.

The program is a digital transformation program for a corporate client that is embarking on creating an application to help their advisors working with clients through the entire advisor led sales process.

We do not anticipate much travel but as per all hires with this global firm, we do expect flexibility in travelling around the APAC region if the need arises for future projects.

START DATE, RELOCATION AND PACKAGE

We require the BA to be on board by Nov 25th in Hong Kong at the absolute latest, the role is a full time permanent role and dependent on experience will pay $45,,000 HKD a month (for 12 months).

Other terms as benefits:
  • 18 days annual leave
  • Healthcare scheme upon successful pass of probation of 3 months
  • 3 times their annual salary as death in service benefit
  • For expatriates we help with processing the employment visa and provide a standard relocation package of one one-way economy fare from country of origin to Hong Kong, 4 weeks paid accommodation in a serviced apartment and moving expense of belongings up to HKD 5000 (dependent on receipts being produced)

You will be joining an International team, with members from the States, UK and Australia, it is IMPERATIVE that all candidates are native/fluent level in English (excellent spoken & written).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • At least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in one or multiple of the following
    backgrounds. Digital consulting, user experience agency, Front End web technologies
    consulting, integrated agency environment.
  • Solid analytical and consulting skills with good knowledge of the Human Centered Design process.
  • Proven ability working with cross functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are critical for this role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, visualisation and writing skills.
  • Proven ability in eliciting, articulating and documenting business needs and requirements for digital centric projects with hands on experience.
  • Ability to extract processes visually in communicating ideas effectively.
  • Ability to re-engineer and simplify business processes.
  • Track record in building excellent advisory led relationships with clients/stakeholders.
  • Strong interactive/digital background a must.
  • Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their application to create business solutions.
  • Ability to liaise with technology people to deliver an end-to-end solution.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
