Your tasks:
- Partnering with HR Relationship Leaders on strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement
- Providing compensation guidance and advice to business leaders and HR relationship leaders to support the people agenda
- Ownership of all benefit programs incorporating design and vendor management
- Providing in-market support to global C&B processes including the annual compensation review and bonus cycle, compliance of C&B programs
- Leading core compensation activities including oversight of incentive programs, market benchmarking, management of pay ranges
Your qualifications
- Proven C&B management experience with strong demonstration of specific C&B practices, tax structures and labour laws
- Exceptional relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate to and influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Ability to think creatively and innovate
- Advanced project management experience
