One of our government clients are seeking a Web Operations Support Analyst.

Tasks:

Deploying microservices (web applications) to Production/Live environment and resolving any issues or failures related to deployment through liaising with stakeholders.
Running Puppet (a configuration management tool which propagates the code into the Apps on the Tax Platform) on various environments/boxes. Monitoring and managing any issues with my arise.
Encryption of application secrets in microservices and resolving decryption issues or key incompatibility.
Managing DNS and Firewall changes in various environments for both internal and external connections.
Completing pull requests via Github to check/verify changes teams wish to commit.
Decommissioning microservices from environments requested by teams.
Shuttering microservices under team requests
Resolving other miscellaneous tickets coming through JIRA and documenting resolutions in Confluence if no previous document was created.
