Description
For a client within Wind Power industry, Sirius Business Group is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer (2) for Operations and Maintainance Support.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Review of position-specific reports from structural inspection campaign on some of the largest wind parks in the world
- Structural evaluation of all findings, statements and photos
- Decision on actions to be taken offshore
- Preparation of Structural Integrity Reports summarizing the whole site- based on all of the position-specific reports
Requirements:
- at least 20 years of relevant working experience
- vast experience within marine steel structures
- experience within oversight and inspection
- experience with finite element analysis of statically and dynamically loaded structures using either ANSYS, GTStrudle or both
- relevant engineering degree
Location: Skærbæk or Gentofte (Denmark), depending on the candidate (Gentofte is preferred)
Start: Oct-17th-2016
Duration: 17 months (until March, 2018) + possible extension
