Immediate Openings for Maintenance Electro-Mechanical
$2,500 Signing Bonus!
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00+/hour based on experience
Average 42 hours worked and 44 hours paid on continuous operations schedule
6PM-6AM, Sun - Web and every other Saturday - days based on 6PM start time
Above shift - you are scheduled to work 7, 12 hour shifts in a 14 day period

General Duties
Support the maintenance and repair of blown film extrusion, Flexographic printing and film converting equipment.
Requirements (Absolutely must have)

5 plus years of electro-mechanical experience in manufacturing

Strong mechanical knowledge of machining, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding

Proficiency in reading both electrical schematics and ladder logic/control diagrams is essential, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

Strong electro-mechanical ability including industrialcontrols experience specifically in the areas of
- AC and DC motors, drives and starters
- Speed feedback - encoders and tachometers Transducers (Sensors) - for tension, pressure, temperature, and level
- Programmable Controllers (PLC's). Must be able to troubleshoot versus programming
- Control signals - familiarity with common signal types and use in industrial controls
