Technical skills:
>2 years of experience with SAP IS-T RMCA module (= FI-CA for Telecom), SAP-BW
Experience with Integration of RMCA with other systems (Kenan billing, SAP R3, Order Mgmt, CACS)
UNIX, ABAP experience
Functional expertise:
Accounting and Accounts Receivables area knowledge and experience.
Experience with business analysis and functional and technical solution design in RMCA.
Experience with the implementation of complex projects in a complex business environment.
Experience with Telecom business and processes
Personality:
Analytical, structured thinking and working approach.
Able to communicate clearly and structured and able to write clear documentation.
Solution and compromise driven. Good negotiation skills.
Result-oriented. Being able to work towards deadlines and respect them.

Job Description:
The SAP RMCA Business Analyst is responsible for the functional analysis and design specification of the evolutions that are required on the RMCA application in the context of ongoing projects or maintenance activities. The primary focus will be on a project that integrates the existing fixed line receivables solution (COB) into the existing mobile RMCA receivables solution.
The analyst is also responsible for the coordination and follow-up of the activities of the developers and testers who implement the solution design.
As such, the analyst is the primary contact for the RMCA application and is responsible for the delivery of solutions.
Activities:
Solution delivery for projects:
Perform and document the functional analysis and technical impact of project requirements on the RMCA application.
Define the high level RMCA test strategy for complex project changes (in collaboration with the project manager).
Coordinate and follow up the activities of the developers and testers; Review test plans and test results.
Take corrective actions in case of functional or technical design issues.
Ensure a timely delivery of the committed project deliveries
Functional and technical support towards user community:
Analyses user requests, identifies potential solution(s) and completes/directs resolution.
Receives and promptly responds to operations requests for 2nd line support.
Coordinate the management and maintenance (refreshes…) of the different environments (dev, system test, integration test, user acceptance test,…)
Education Requirements: University degree of equivalent by experience.
