This position is a high level process role, therefore the candidate must have high level organizational, communication and collaborative skills. The person will interact with many people throughout the business on a regular basis and be involved in meetings and presentations. An Oil and Gas background is preferred. Also preferred that the candidate have audit and/or PM experience. The candidate must possess ServiceNow and Microsoft Suite experience.
Required Experience:
- Provide Service Management to IM
- Review of each change request for accuracy and adherence to SOX controls prior to approvals
- Weekly review with users of exception reports to address unauthorized change requests and those not following process
- Review of Aging Incident monitoring & cleanup
- Monthly open change cleanup
- Daily and weekly ServiceNow reports for Change requests; CMDB Configuration item (CI) filtering and cleanup for correct maintenance/outage windows and approval groups
- Conduct release management reviews in Jira and ServiceNow
- Create and maintain ROTAs
- Attend IM staff meetings when required to discuss any issues for Incident, Request and Change
- Work with internal and external audit for SOX and risk audits
- ServiceNow application support-
- Provide daily ServiceNow support for users across the application
- Subject matter expert to provide training, education and assistance to users for Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, reporting, etc. application usage
- Identify issues, enhancements, new development for ServiceNow; collaborate with users to define process and requirements across platforms; work with developers to define solutions
- Assist in performing testing of new ServiceNow required releases where required
- Provide system and process training for users where required
- Reports and Metrics creation/support
- Systems experience required for ServiceNow, Excel, Word
- 2-4 years of experience is required
