Sr. Financial Analyst
Job Description:

Maintain and update the MS Access databases and ensure accompanying documentation is kept current

Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the department's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making

Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by the FP&A team during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.

Support the FP&A analysts by being the first point of contact for issues and questions.
Requirements:
- Must be advanced in the use of Microsoft Access and Excel (Macros) 5 -7 years' experience

Cognos and TM1 experience would be nice to have

Experience creating financial models with the ability to manipulate and analyze financial databases

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve problems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when performing data validation

Ability to multi-task with the flexibility to switch from routine to complex tasks when required

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (required)

Min 6 years direct relevant experience

Required testing on Excel and Access for resume submittal
