POSITION TITLE: Web Application Development Instructor/MEAN Stack
CONTRACT TO HIRE: 3 month contractor to hire with benefits/paid instructor training
LOCATION: Lewisville, TX

SEEKING ALL MEAN STACK development experts. This Contract to Hire role is your chance to focus on the hottest technology stack and to build your reputation by becoming an instructor in MEAN Stack. Our client is looking to hire a MEAN Stack expert who can teach Web Application Development to talented developers wanting to move into the MEAN stack environment. Paid instructor training is provided. Ideal candidates are those with excellent English skills, both verbal and written, and who have a background in mentoring/instructing/tutoring in an IT capacity. You will be teaching the MEAN stack in an immersive-style bootcamp course and will become part of a national team of Web Application Development instructors. You'll lead students in 10 weeks of hands-on full-stack instruction.
Bachelor's degree is required.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Develop, plan and deliver lectures to students in a 10-week bootcamp.
-- Provide classroom exercises that prepare students for real-life work.
-- Provide student assessments.
-- Provide mentoring and coaching.
-- Bring in guest speakers and instructors to enhance the learning environment when relevant.
-- Help prepare students to interview for jobs in the MEAN stack market.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
-- Must have exceptional knowledge and real-life experience working with the MEAN stack components, MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS and NodeJS.
-- Desire to teach and coach beginners.
-- 5 years work experience in the following:
-- JavaScript
-- CSS, including CSS3
-- Angular
-- Express
-- MongoDB
-- NodeJS
-- HTML, including HTML5
