- Support for a global rollout Windows 10/ Office 2016
- Handling of issues
- Backend improvement and changes (GPO, package adaption, testing, driver updates) on the basis of Lenovo and HP devices
Your qualifications
- Senior Support Engineer
- Windows 10 and Office 2016 experience
- Experience with software issues, GPO, Microsoft Case-Management
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
