SAP BI Consultant Needed
Skills Needed:
BI Expert/Senior:
* To manage, in coordination with the rest of support team, incoming inflow of incidents, ensuring they are solved within the defined SLA's and meeting the existing quality standards
* Support Service Management team in the follow up of incidents under his/her responsibility
* Understand incidents trend, root causes, and act accordingly, by identifying and helping to deliver long term fixes
* Monitor and be responsible for the timing and budget of deliverables
* Manage the user experience, testing and quality of the final product
* Liaise with the client and manage stakeholder satisfaction
* Ensure documentation is complete, current and appropriately stored
* Ability to understand and discuss Functional requirement then assess solutions based on this requirement
Incremental development to support changing functionality requirements including improvements over the system;
