Title: QA Engineer II - FL
location: Gainesville, FL
Duration: 7 Months (possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $31.00 Per Hour
Experience:
- 3-5 years professional experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent unless otherwise specified.
Description:
- Train internal personnel in QA program requirements. Prepare monthly QA status reports. Participate in customer and regulatory agency audits.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming data and determine if it is sufficient to understand the nature of the complaint.
- Communicate with customers, call center reps and Field Service Engineers to gather more data on complaints as needed.
- Communicate with complainant as needed to follow up on and resolve complaints; follow up with end user/customer via complaint submitter when needed.
- Work with a variety of diverse persons within the company such as Engineers, Scientists, Clinical Specialists, Field Service & Application Engineers, and Manufacturing personnel to facilitate the complaint handling process.
- Document complaint analysis results and complete all needed records in a timely and accurate manner that meets regulatory requirements.
- Share feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects.
- Initiate, stimulate, and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Supporting safety evaluations, reportability decisions, audits and CAPA's
