Procurement Advisors x 4 required for a Government Client based in London
Please take note this role requires SC Security Clearance. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold this clearance although consideration will be given to candidates who are willing to undergo.
Experience required:
Relevant experience working in a commercial and procurement organisation, ideally having supported procurement activities in the past.
Ideally qualified or working towards CIPS Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (NQF level 4).
Ideally qualified to or working towards CIPS Foundation Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (NQF level 3).
Ideally holding Certificate of Competence in Purchasing and Supply (NQF level 3).
The post holder will have responsibility for the following:
Support day-to-day management of Project Delivery procurement workstreams to meet milestones.
Build relationships with the Project Delivery and Transition Team providing support and guidance on procurement and commercial matters.
Coordinate, gather and analyse information required to create compliant and commercially sound procurement documentation.
Able to understand existing framework contacts and e-sourcing tools and techniques.
Maintain awareness of developments in procurement policy and recent case law.
The role will be based in London, will run for 6 months, at a rate of up to 345 per day
