The Role
The assignment involves development of an integration tool for company´s digital ASIC and FPGA projects. The goal is to develop a continuous integration tool and to make it a product that shall be used in company's ASICs and FPGAs. The job involves design, verification, and documentation of the tools within a new continues integration flow for company ASIC and FPGA. Assignment will start on the current prototype which should be updated, enhanced, verified and documented.
The work includes:
- Design planning.
- Design specification.
- Design implementation.
- Design verification.
- Software testing.
- Proof of concept on an existing design.
The tool is developed in Perl and JavaScript.
A successful candidate is an expert in Perl Scripting.
As well as having experience in ASIC design using VHDL and System Verilog and RTL integration.
The Individual
- Excellent Scripting skills in Perl.
- Experiences in software testing.
- Experiences in Hardware design (VHDL, System Verilog).
- Experiences in RTL Integration.
- Experiences in working with JavaScript is a plus.
- Experiences in working with JSON is a plus.
- Knowledge about compiler development is a plus.
- Knowledge about Agile (Scrum) ways of working is a plus.
