My client are a global financial services organisation that require an experienced GLOSS Support Analyst to join their existing team.
This role sits within a wider team that supports a number of key production systems in the Trade Ops, Compliance and HR domain. The team support a number of other applications including SWIFT & Smartstream TLM but require a GLOSS SME as over 75% of their required support is currently in this space.
The ideal candidate with have extensive GLOSS knowledge and a good understanding of Unix & SQL. This is a support role, with minimal development required and applicants should have strong experience working with users and doing systems testing.
