The Virtual Case File Developer Analyst performs highly advanced systems analysis and design of Electronic Content Management systems using the EMC suite of tools. This position is responsible for analysing business requirements and leading the development of software designs and coding. Oversees and participates in the design activities of a design team. May develop and test complex programming code. Acts as technical project lead and subject matter expert. Assists other team members in preforming analysis, design, code, and test. Assists customers with developing consumable business requirements. Produces accurate time estimates for technical solutions; recommends technical solutions and resolves issues. Acts as a mentor and advisor to other team members. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment and independently with a focus on quality and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience designing and developing solutions for imaging platforms using EMC Captiva InputAccel v6.x/v7.x software suite
- 5 years of experience with Captiva module configurations including ScanPlus, Multi-Directory Watch, Image Enhancement, IndexPlus, Classification, Recognition, Nuance OCR, Documentum Advanced Export, Copy, and Multi
- 5 years of experience with Captiva IPP and VBA Scripting
- 5 years of experience analysing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems, executing unit test procedures, and producing required program and project documentation
- 5 years of experience in conducting and performing formal peer reviews and validations and providing written feedback
- 5 years of experience analysing problems and identifying effective solutions
- 5 years of experience working in a team environment and independently
- 5 years of experience establishing and maintaining effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business
- 3 years of experience developing Documentum and Captiva reports
- 3 years of experience with SQL and ODBC
- 3 years of experience with EMC Documentum software
- 3 years of experience planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy or deadlines
- 3 years of experience giving and following technical instructions
PREFERENCES:
- 3 years of experience with programming and system design and analysis using JAVA programming language
- 1 year of experience with EMC Documentum xCP or D2
- 1 year of experience using Rational ClearQuest and Rational ClearCase
