SAP HR functional analyst payroll - French and Dutch speaker
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a SAP HR consultant for our client in Belgium.

Location: Brussels
Language: French, Dutch and English
Request:
* SAP HR, specific payroll (Ecm is a plus)
* Operational payroll experience on gross calculations
* Knowledge of specific bank-implementations is an advantage
* Social law knowledge is an advantage
* Practical and actual functional knowledge on payroll SAP HR
* Able to define the business needs into functional specifications for the development team
* You must be capable to work independently and also in close collaboration with the payroll team
* Team player
* Good analytical and synthesis skills
* Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
The role:
* Support the HR Service Centre team payroll as a functional specialist to implement and maintain different running payroll functionalities
* Can be gross functionalities (calculations, ecm-functionalities, ) as well post payroll functionalities like pay slip, bank tape,
* Be in contact with our stakeholders (reward eg) and the technical teams
* Be very close and in support for operational activities in payroll
