Description
Modis are currently recruiting on behalf of a multinational company based in Stafford, UK who are one of the world leaders in Power Generation and Rail Infrastructure.
We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Developer to join the team on an initial six month contract, with a high chance of extension.
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
*Experience in IEC61850 Protocol and Protocol Stack
*Good experience in VxWorks RTOS
*Programming in C and C++
*Knowledge of Networking Protocol Stacks
We are looking for candidates to start within the next month, ideally from a Telecommunications or Network background, though this is not essential.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK, as unfortunately there are no sponsorship opportunities for this position.
